Annual plan: $NZ100
Since effective planning is important in maximizing potential, a meeting between coach and athlete to discuss key events or goals and to get to know the athlete is an important first step. Training can then be periodised around the key events/goals and the demands of the athletes’ lifestyle to maximize the time effectiveness of the training program.
Cycle Coaching: NZ$40 per week
- Individually designed program (4week blocks) to suit ability, time availability and training age with detailed daily programming based on specific training intensities
- Unlimited personal phone, email and text contact with coach as required
- Nutritional, recovery, racing and riding information available as required
- Core strength program
- Weekly group track training session (during season)
Power or heart rate data analysis: NZ $60 per week
- All the services as above plus weekly power or heart rate data analysis, programming and feedback
Gym strength or rehabilitation programs:
One on one track or bike skill session: NZ$60 per hour
- One on one skill session on cornering, hill climbing and decent, criterium racing, track, race tactics etc as required
Testing and monitoring:
