Olivia Maclaren, BSc, MPhEd

Olivia has spent far too much time in universities but it has resulted in her gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the science of training. Olivia is herself a cyclist and so understands the practical aspects of training. She is a Sport and Exercise Science New Zealand Exercise Physiology Practioner and has numerous contacts in the New Zealand sporting industry. Olivia applies the latest science to her coaching with a friendly, practical and individually focused approach.

Anna Rolleston - Performance First Nutritionist

Anna holds a Master of Science degree in exercise physiology and is currently halfway through a doctorate in nutrition and metabolism at the University of Auckland. She is Sport Science New Zealand accredited and has extensive experience working with elite and development level athletes.

Craig - Performance First Physical Conditioner

Craig specialises in physical conditioning, and is your first port of call for olympic and power lifting. He has a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation from AUT and has experience training a wide range of athletes from endurance runners and cyclists through to power based athletes such as sprinters. He can also provide your team with high quality training all season.
